Assigning Cards to Team Members

Assigning cards to your team members ensures they can represent your business effectively. Follow these steps to manage and assign cards in your OVOU Teams Dashboard.

Steps to Assigning Cards to Team Members


  1. Navigate to the Manage Cards section to view and manage your team's cards. 
  2. Click Assign to assign a specific card to the selected team member. 
  3. Select the email address of the team member you'd like to assign the card to and click Assign.
  4. Repeat the same process for each card on your dashboard.

You can also assign card to the company profile by selecting the option Link Card to Company Profile
