How to Add Your Profile QR Code to Virtual Backgrounds

Using a virtual background with your OVOU profile is a unique and professional way to share your profile during virtual meetings. Your background will include a QR code that participants can scan to view your digital profile. Follow these steps to set it up.

Steps to Share Your Profile via Virtual Background


  1. Login to your OVOU account and click Share.
  2. Click Create Virtual Background.
  3. Choose your preferred background for your virtual meeting.
  4. Once you're ready, click Send and we'll email you a virtual background with your QR code. 
  5. Once received, upload the background to your video conferencing platform.
  6. Inform meeting participants that they can scan the QR code to access your digital profile.
