Increasing Seats


If a team owner wants to add a new team member to the team dashboard, they need to increase their seat count first. It’s important to note that increasing the seat count and ordering a new card are two entirely separate processes. Ordering a new card alone will not increase the available seat count for a new team member.


Steps to Increase Seats

  1. Log in to OVOU:
    • Navigate to your team dashboard.
  2. Access the subscription management section:
    • Click on Manage Subscription.
  3. Update your subscription via Stripe:
    • On the Stripe page, click Update Subscription.
  4. Increase the seat count:
    • Click the "+" button to increase the number of seats.
Warning
Important: Ordering a new card does not increase the team's seat count. Make sure to adjust your seat count separately before inviting a new member.
