Updating Your Profile Content
Keeping your OVOU profile up to date ensures that your contacts always have the most accurate and relevant information. Follow these steps to modify your profile or rearrange your content blocks.
- Log In to Your Account
- Click Edit to begin updating your profile
- Update any fields you'd like to modify.
- Save changes for your profile to reflect immediately.
Important Notes
Saved Contacts: Updates to your profile will not automatically apply to contacts who have previously saved your details. They will only see the changes if they click on your profile link again.
Team Members: If you are unable to update your profile, it might be because your admin locked down certain fields. Reach out to them to update your profile.
Manage Your Content Blocks
OVOU allows you to customize the order and visibility of the content blocks on your profile. Here’s how:
- Access your account and click Edit to enter the customization menu.
- Click on Manage Content to adjust the layout of your profile.
- Use the toggles on the right side of the screen to control the visibility of each content block.
- Use the arrows on the left side to change the order of the blocks. Move your most important information to the top for better visibility.
- Once you’re satisfied with your changes, click Save to apply them.

- What If I’m Part of a Teams Account
Certain fields may be locked for editing if you’re part of a Teams account. Please reach out to your team admin for assistance.
- Do Changes Automatically Update Saved Contacts?
No, updates will not apply to contacts who have already saved your information. They will see the changes only when they access your profile link again.
- How Quickly Are Changes Reflected?
Changes to your profile and content blocks are reflected immediately on your digital profile.
- Can I Hide Specific Content Blocks?
Yes, you can disable specific content blocks using the toggles in the Manage Content section.
