How to Manage Your Team’s Subscription in OVOU

Managing Your Team Subscription

Easily update your team’s seat count, plan, payment methods, billing, and shipping information through the Manage Subscription section. You can also view your invoice history and stay on top of your account details. Follow these steps to make updates or changes to your subscription.

Steps to Manage Your Subscription


  1. Click Manage Subscription to update your team's subscription plan and billing information.
  2. Click Update Plan to update your Team's seat count. Increase the number of team members by clicking the plus icon.
  3. Navigate to the billing section to manage your payment details.
  4. Click Update information to update billing and shipping information.
  5. View a history of all transactions under INVOICE HISTORY.

NOTE ON ORDERING CARDS
  1. Complimentary Custom Cards
    1. During your initial purchase or trial, seat increases include complimentary custom cards—no additional card orders are needed.
    2. After your initial payment, seat increases do not include custom cards, which must be purchased separately.
  2. Separate Card Orders
    1. To purchase additional cards after seat increases, follow the instructions here.

  1. How are seat increases billed?
    Seat increases are billed immediately, and the changes take effect right away.

  2. What happens if I decrease my team’s seat count?
    Seat decreases will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

    Complimentary custom cards are included only during the initial purchase or trial period. Afterward, custom cards must be purchased separately.
