How to Order Smart Cards for Your Team

Whether it’s for a lost card or a fresh new one, you can quickly place an order through your OVOU Teams Dashboard. Follow these simple steps to order cards for your team members.

Steps to Ordering New Cards


  1. Navigate to the Manage Cards section of your dashboard. 
  2. Click Order Cards on the top right corner to place an order for replacement cards. 
  3. Click Proceed to Checkout
  4. Specify the name or serial number of the team member you are ordering a replacement card for under Order notes

Use the Order Notes section to communicate special instructions or clarify details about your replacement card order.

  1. Can I order multiple replacement cards at once?
    Yes, you can place a bulk order by specifying multiple names or serial numbers in the Order Notes.

  2. What if I don’t know the serial number of the lost card?
    Provide the team member’s name, and we’ll handle the rest.

  3. How long does it take to receive new cards?
    Delivery timelines depend on your selected shipping method and the card type. See our order timelines here.
