OVOU Salesforce Integration

Quick-Start Guide: Integrating with Salesforce


Connect your Salesforce account to transfer your OVOU leads into your Salesforce CRM automatically. This helps your sales team close more deals by keeping your Salesforce CRM records up to date without manual data entry. 

NOTE: You must be a Salesforce admin to connect to your Salesforce account.

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab and click Configure under Salesforce to set up the integration.
  2. Click Connect to link your OVOU account with Salesforce and enable automatic sync for leads.
  3. Click on the Salesforce Production Account option to proceed with the integration. This will prompt you to log in and give permission to access your Salesforce Account. Click Allow to grant access.
  4. Click the toggle to enable the workflow that will automatically sync new leads from OVOU to Salesforce.
  5. Set the required fields to finalize the integration.
    1. Select whether to overwrite old data with new data in Salesforce integration.
    2. Select the Status for OVOU leads.
    3. Choose the specific campaign for new OVOU leads from the dropdown menu.
    4. Select the Record Type for mapping additional fields.
Note: This integration maps the following fields with no additional setup:
  1.  First Name 
  2.  Last Name 
  3.  Email 
  4.  Job Title 
  5.  Company Name 
  6.  Phone Number 
  7.  Message 
  8.  Lead Owner (the team member who established the connection with the lead)
