Order Replacement Cards

You can place the replacement card order directly from your digital profile

1. Login to your digital profile and click on Account in the top ribbon.
   
2. Click on Order Replacement Card to begin the process.
   
3. Fill out the necessary information, and leave us any special notes.
   
4. Proceed to checkout to complete your order.

Please be aware that the replacement order is an exact replica of your original card. While you have the option to make minor adjustments, such as updating your name, tagline, or card style, it does not include design updates.

For design updates, you'll need to place a new order from our website www.ovou.com
