Share Your Profile in your Email Signature

Sharing your profile via email signature is a simple process. Follow these steps:

  1. Login to your OVOU profile and click the Share tab.
  2. Click Email Signature.
  3. From here you can download your email signature and add it to your preferred email provider.
Adding an email signature varies depending on the email client you're using. Here are instructions for some of the most common ones:
Gmail
  1. Open Gmail.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right and select See all settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Signature section under the General tab.
  4. Click Create new and enter your signature in the text box.
  5. Use the formatting toolbar to style your signature as desired.
  6. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
Outlook (Web)
  1. Go to Outlook.com and sign in.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right and select View all Outlook settings.
  3. Under Mail, select Compose and reply.
  4. Enter your signature in the Email signature box.
  5. Check the boxes if you want to automatically include your signature on new messages or replies/forwards.
  6. Click Save.
Outlook (Desktop)
  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click File > Options > Mail.
  3. Click Signatures...
  4. In the Email Signature tab, click New and enter a name for your signature.
  5. Type your signature in the Edit signature box.
  6. Use the formatting tools to style your signature.
  7. Click OK to save.
Apple Mail
  1. Open Apple Mail.
  2. Go to Mail > Preferences.
  3. Click the Signatures tab.
  4. Select the email account you want to add the signature to.
  5. Click the "+" button to add a new signature and type your signature in the box.
  6. Close the preferences window to save your changes.
