Teams Onboarding - Account Admins

Welcome to OVOU! We’re excited to guide you through setting up your company profile, managing your users, and making sure everything runs smoothly. By the end, you’ll be confident navigating your admin dashboard and ready to start making connections right away.

Set Up Your Company Branding

The first thing you’ll want to do when you log in to OVOU is set up your company branding. This ensures a consistent look across your team by adding your logo, cover photos, and profile themes.


Build Your Company's Profile

Next, you’ll want to create your company profile. A compelling and professional profile showcases your business’s strengths and values, helping you stand out and make a strong impression from the moment someone connects with you. 

Idea
While editing your company profile, you can easily mass edit profiles that share common company information. Simply click Apply to all for the content blocks you want added to each profile in your team, ensuring consistency across the board.

Invite Your Team

Now that your company profile is set up, it’s time to invite your team! You can also assign other users as admins to assist with ongoing account maintenance and setup, making it easier to manage everything together.


Assign Cards to Your Team

A crucial step in the onboarding process is assigning cards to users once they’ve been invited. This allows your team to activate their smart cards and set up their individual profiles, getting them ready to start making connections.


Edit Your Teams' Profiles

At this point, your team will be setting up their profiles and filling in their details. If you ever need to review or make changes to someone’s profile, you have the option to do so at any time!

Manage Your Subscription

If you’d like to update your subscription, you can do so directly from your dashboard. Here are two key things to keep in mind when adding or removing seats:
  1. Seat increases don't include a complimentary card. If you need to order a card, you can follow the steps here.
  2. Seat increases take effect immediately, while seat decreases will apply at the end of your current subscription period.

Order More Cards

If you need to order additional or replacement cards, you can easily do so. Keep in mind seat increases do not include complimentary cards.

To expedite the process, please include the name or serial number of the team member you are ordering a replacement card for.
