Track Team Analytics

As the team admin, you can access all data on team activity in the "Analytics" section of the dashboard.

  1. Interactions: Track the total number of interactions made by your team.
  2. Save Contacts: Monitor how often contacts are saved by your team.
  3. Exchange Contacts: Track the number of exchanged contacts.
  4. Social Clicks: Analyze the number of social clicks recorded.
  5. Link Clicks: Track clicks on the profile links.
Under the "Team Members" tab explore the details of various team members and their interactions.
You can click on “Groups” to view the associated analytics..
Under the “Sources” section examine the sources of interactions and their respective counts for a detailed breakdown.
Filter the data based on different time frames or select a custom date range as needed by navigating to the “Date Filter” at the top right of the “Analytics” page.
Review the detailed list of user interactions under "Interactions". Monitor engagement activities and track the latest exchanges your users have had.
