Updating Your Order

Need to update your order? We can accommodate changes up to the point your card is dispatched.

If your order has not been shipped, email us at orders@ovou.com with the details of the changes you need. Once we receive your request, we’ll do our best to apply the updates before your order is processed. After your card is dispatched, changes can no longer be made, and you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email.
