Updating Global Permissions
Global Permissions in OVOU allow team owners to manage and restrict what team members can edit on their profiles. This ensures consistency and standardization across team profiles, making it an ideal feature for organizations that require uniformity in profile information.
How to Set Up Global Permissions
Click on the Team name to access the Team dashboard.
Navigate to the Settings page and click on the Global Permission tab.
Toggle ON for any fields you'd like to block team member's from editing.
Once a field is toggled on, team members will no longer have the ability to edit that field on their profile.
Tip: We recommend enabling these settings after all team members have completed their profiles to avoid any disruptions during setup.
