Connecting a New Card to an Existing Profile

If you’ve received a new OVOU card but already have an existing digital profile, you can easily link the card to your current account. This ensures all your personalized information and settings remain intact while you enjoy the benefits of your new card. Follow the simple steps below to connect your new OVOU card to your existing profile.
  1. Tap or Scan Your New OVOU Card: Tap the card against your phone's NFC reader or scan the QR code on the back of the card using your phone's camera. 
  2. Verify Your Email: On the Get Started page, you will be prompted to verify your email address.
  3. Login: Use the credentials from your existing digital profile to activate the card.
  4. Card Linked: Your card will be connected to your existing digital profile.

    Your old OVOU card remains active unless you deactivate it. You can continue using it alongside your new card if needed.
