How Does OVOU Work?

OVOU simplifies the process of creating meaningful connections by consolidating all your key details into a single, shareable profile. Think of it like a mini website in your pocket!



Getting Started

1. Activate Your Account and Set Up Your Profile
  • The first time you log in to OVOU, you’ll be prompted to activate your account, set a password, and start filling out your profile.
  • While you can always return to complete this later, we recommend taking the time to set it up right away so you can start sharing your profile with your network.
2. Customize Your Branding
  • Upload your logo, cover photo, and custom branding color to personalize your profile.
  • After setting up your account and adding basic information, enhance your profile with additional content:
    • Social media links
    • Website links
    • Photos
    • Videos
Link over 30 different social media accounts or add links to any websites directly to OVOU.

4. Create Multiple Profiles
  • You can create up to 3 profiles within your OVOU account, each tailored to a specific audience or purpose.
    • For example, set up separate profiles for personal and professional use.
    • Switch between profiles effortlessly.
    • Customize each profile with its own branding, content, and sharing options.
5. Share Your Profile

OVOU offers multiple ways to share your profile:
  • NFC Cards: Tap and share directly using your OVOU card.
  • QR Code: Share by scanning or downloading your profile’s QR code.
  • Profile URL: Send your personalized profile link to contacts.
    • Add your profile to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy sharing directly from your mobile wallet app.
  • Virtual Backgrounds: Use a virtual background featuring your OVOU profile QR code during video calls.
  • Email Signature: Include your OVOU link in your email signature.
  • Save, review, and manage all your contacts directly from the Contacts page.
